I made my halloween cards early this year, along with some fall ones ... but generally I'm a procrastinator and am making cards the week I'm sending them out! Here's another, using snipped ghosts from some t'riffic "ribbon" I picked up from a LSS. I didn't get the name of the supplier, but they had strings of tiny puffy bats, ghosts, and one other item (hmmnn ... was it jack-o-lanterns?) joined together.
