Black, white, and a splash of color is one of my fav color combinations, used on today's card for a buddy of mine. I'd recently picked up the friend BK stamp so masked that on a portion for the background (stamped off a couple times to make it faded), then added the sentiment and butterfly, inspired by Laurie's card.stamps: Hero Arts' friend definition, SU's Great Friend; paper: AC white textured card stock; ink: Ranger's black soot distress, SU's Real Red

Beautiful card. I like how you stamped off to make it faded. I am really drawn to simple layouts these days. This is lovely.
