it's my blogoversary!

I can't believe it's been a year already! Well, not QUITE ... if you take into account that I started the blog and immediately went into hibernation. I didn't return until July 21st BUT that only means that I'll do another blog candy roll again then!

This candy roll includes the Spring 2008 edition of paper creations, 4 acid free photo safe glue sticks, 4 studio g clear stamp sets (new styles - think bird, owl, purse, shoes, cupcake), and a Marvy 1-1/4" circle punch.

Tho' I don't remember to list this one as a stamp on most posts, I generally use a kewl Stampendous stamp for the back of my cards - very Hallmark-ish indeed - their Hand-Stamped Arc. It reads "Hand stamped for you from my " with two small hearts both before and after the saying, shaped as an (yep, you guessed it!) arc. I generally sign under the arc with the same ink I've used for the stamp.

My buddy Pat generally signs her cards in the same spot and affixes an angel sticker. ... which brings me to my question ... What do you do to "sign" your creations? If you'd like to participate in this blog candy roll, please leave me a comment letting me know. Post the number comment, at least your first name, and if you don't link back to a blog including your email, also leave a method for me to contact you. I'll draw a random number the weekend following my blogoversary!

#6 I have never really thought about signing my cards, although I like the idea. Might have to look out for a little stamp 'handmade by ..." to put on the back of my cards.

I usually stamp the back of my cards with a littles demo stamp of a cat. Just about everything I sign or name has something to do with cats. I do currently have 4 cats.

I have a special stamp that says Moodys Inspirations
However, If I am using Stampin Up stamps on my cards I just use of the angel policy stamps as having both just looks messy...nice candy

Happy Anniversary! I will sometimes use a Just for You stamp on the backs of my cards. Most of the time I leave them blank since I'm the only one in our family who makes cards.
(I know,isn't it awful!!!)
Thanks for a chance at your great blog candy.

Happy Blogaversary and Happy Birthday! I think cards need to be signed on the front under the art work. On other things, I sign on the back or on the bottom.

Happy Blog-aversary!! Thanks for this chance to win sweet candy!
On the back of my cards, I always stamp some cute little stamp (like flower or heart) that co-ordinates with my main image, and then I write "by Brenda" under it in a very fine marker.
(I'll definitely check back to see if I won!)

Congrats on your blogaversary and thanks for the chance to win the great blog candy! I have a 4-piece Stampin Up! set with different designs that say "handstamped for you by", and I sign my name below. Sometimes I include the date (month/year) that I made the card too.

If the card was mostly stamped, i usually use one of stampin up's stamps that say hand stamped with love, or from the heart. if there's not much stamping, then i stamp handmade (with a little flower). i don't like my writing so i don't write my name.

I have 3 stamps for back of cards. None really appeal to me. I usually forget to stamp and sign my name anyway. I like the idea that one of your commenters said about dating the card. I may try to start doing that. Happy one year anniversary on your blog. I enjoy visiting it. Thanks so much for offering great blog candy.

I don't stamp anything on the back. Maybe I should, but just don't... I am happy to complete the card and get it in the mail! Great candy!

hey Sue! Thanks for visiting me! I like your friends signature idea. I usually just sign my name.... Angel. BUT I do add a halo above my A sometimes. I've been doing that since I was a teenager too. :-)

#25~ Happy Blogging!!! I usually sign my cards with a stamp that has a picture of Alaska on it with the statement "Stamped in Alaska" and then under the stamp I usually ink in my email address. Pretty plain Jane but it's my style.
