(belated) b'day, that is! I'd picked up this cutie patootie princess sample from Crystal quite a while ago and intended to use it on a b'day card for my niece as my sis' often calls her "Princess." Well, my Mom used to tell me that "the road to Hell is filled with good intentions" ... and for good reason ... Jenn's b'day snuck up on me this year and I just put the card in the mail this afternoon.
The trading card princess I rec'd was already double-matted so that pretty much determined the colors for my card, and it's based on Mary Jo's Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge #38 turned on its side. The castle's stamped twice (on Almost Amethyst and Whisper White), then the clouds and flags cut out and glued onto the Almost Amethyst base. Lemee tell ya, those flags were pretty tough to cut out! The card's 5x7" which is out of my usual comfort zone ~ why do you suppose large cards seem tougher to me?!

This is precious! You did a great job cutting out that castle. And the bling on the princess is wonderful. I love the layout on it's side and the coach is the best! Thanks for playing along.
so cute!!!!!!!!
